An Intermountain Homecare and Hospice Nurse is a member of the interdisciplinary team and is the pivotal person in identifying the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of the patient and family. Care provided in the home may include but is not limited to: Wound Care / Wound Vac, Anticoagulant treatment management, IV care including Central lines and Peripheral IV access, Antibiotic treatment and monitoring, Pump management, Enteral Nutrition, and Disease process and Symptom management. The RN provides the best clinical practice in an environment of caring and healing while working autonomously in the home.

This is a full-time RN position providing patient care throughout the Burley area (Mini-Cassia area) with standard days/hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Will work into rotating on-call coverage at night and on weekends with other team members.

Hourly rate will be determined based upon years of experience as a RN using an entry rate of $21.91 per hour as base. Mileage reimbursement of $0.565 per mile and shift differentials will apply.

Qualifications
•Current Registered Nurse (RN) License to allow practice in the State of Idaho.
•This position requires verifiable current Healthcare Provider or Professional Rescuer CPR certification. An original card must be verified prior to start date or the job offer will be withdrawn. For additional information regarding CPR requirements please visit our Job Requirements Page.
•Basic computer skills (ability to navigate programs and document patient care). Intermountain Homecare and Hospice uses McKesson for patient documentation.
•Ability to lift and transfer patients independently
•Current driver’s license,
•Access to insured and reliable transportation
•Acceptable driving record that meets Intermountain Healthcare routine driver policy requirements (Following an offer of employment, a review of your driving record spanning the previous 36 months will be conducted).
