Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned)

Implement and monitor administrative and programmatic operations to ensure HEP grant compliance
Implement the outreach and recruitment plan of potential HEP students with a high concentration of migrant/seasonal farm worker population
Collaborate with the National Farm worker Job Training program, local and statewide community-based organizations, Idaho’s Department of Public Instruction, and education institutes to recruit eligible students into the HEP program and refer students to other programs
Oversee the development and implementation of student enrollment with the NFJP counseling staff, and other CC Idaho program staff
Assist in the development of grants and performance reports as required by the U.S. Department of Education

Educational Leave
A Bachelor’s degree in Education.Three years’ experience in GED instruction or teaching and/or any equivalent combination of experience and training
Experience in fiscal management, instruction and overseeing direct student support program services and activities
Experience in working with migrant and seasonal farm worker adult/youth population
Experience in instruction, curriculum development, and in the writing of program policy manuals
Ability to read, speak, and write in both English/Spanish in a business setting
Experience working in a team setting
Ability to operate standard office equipment and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance
Must pass a background check
