Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)

Design and evaluate a recruitment plan to recruit 100 students annually

Make initial contact with prospective HEP students

Test, interview and ensure students qualify and meet all the requirements for participation

Enroll students and assist them in setting goals and plans in education and employment

Collaborate with other agencies and refer students to services available

Assist students in registration for HEP and Official GED Exam

Refer clients to potential job openings

Survey and research area jobs, trainings, educational and related services

Assist in the planning of all orientation and activities for HEP students

Submit monthly reports to the HEP Project Director and the Director of Employment & Training/Principal Investigator

Prepare and maintain student files, entrance exams, reports and databases

Attend health fairs, job fairs, retreats, workshops, conferences and various other meetings as required

Maintain standards of confidentiality of CC Idaho clients and records

Perform all work duties and activities in accordance with CC Idaho policies, procedures, and safety practices

Qualifications
Required
At least two years of college or vocational school
Experience working with adult/youth migrant and seasonal farmworker population
Ability to read, speak, and write in both English/Spanish in a business setting
Ability to work in a team setting
Ability to operate standard office equipment and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance
Must pass a background check
