Job Description
Some Essential Duties and Responsibilities (A full list of duties listed on the official job description)
Processes invoices, statements, payment vouchers, and bills generated by CC Idaho departments and prepares monthly payments.
Processes and maintains computerized account balances and related information.
Verifies billing information, services, and other information with vendors.
Reconciles accounts to general ledger.
Maintains and balances petty cash funds
